Why are McLaren always so pathetically arrogant about things that are irrelevantt?

McLaren is aiming to leave this weekend's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix as "winner of the second half of the season," according to team principal Martin Whitmarsh. They are lucky to be in F1 considering their cheating ways.

1. I think that is a highly exagerrated and ungracious statement. All teams like to set themselves goals; this is hardly irrelevant or in any way arrogant. You are being silly.
2. Bunch of cheats. Shouldn't be in F1.
